FAQ
Common questions
Do I need a server or IT staff?
No. With the hosted system the phone system runs on our platform. You need an internet connection and either desk phones or the softphone app.
Can I keep my current phone numbers?
In most cases, yes. We handle the port request with your current carrier and schedule the cutover so you are not left without service.
Can my staff use their cell phones?
Yes. The softphone app lets staff make and take business calls from a mobile or computer without giving out personal numbers.
What about 911?
We register a 911 service address for your numbers and locations during setup so emergency calls route correctly.
Can you install a system on site instead?
Yes. We also supply and configure on-premise and hybrid systems from Yeastar, Grandstream and Sangoma.
